What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute, monitor, and validate pre-production batches and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for production batch failures, ensuring rapid issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex batch processing issues
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell Scripting and Python
- Manage job scheduling for critical AML processes using enterprise-grade tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of banking experience, focusing on production support for large-scale applications
- At least 6 years of experience supporting AML processes, including Risk Rating and Transaction Monitoring
- Expertise in Oracle OFSAA/FCCM products (AML, KYC, PFT, ECM)
- Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL for Oracle database operations and query optimization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python
- Hands-on experience with Autosys or similar job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
