What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of program architecture and high-level plans for cybersecurity analytics solutions
- Develop organizational structures and execution plans, identifying integration interfaces among teams, suppliers, and customers
- Facilitate the resolution of program issues and support program execution
- Integrate Program Management Best Practices and implement communication plans for customers and the program
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity analytics solutions, ensuring they meet client needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years as a technical solutions manager for a commercial airline, airport, MRO, or OEM provider
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on analytics and threat intelligence
- Cybersecurity industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM
- Deep understanding and experience with managing Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.) and industry best practices
- Proven experience in team building and strategic thinking within a matrix organization
- Ability to collaborate with customers to understand their cybersecurity challenges and recommend solutions
- Previous experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Solutions Manager
