What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, engaging with data owners, analytic users, and C-level executives
- Manage a diverse set of projects across multiple disciplines, ensuring successful delivery
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning, delivery, and risk management
- Oversee project governance, including status reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with various practices to support client engagements and internal projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of professional services and/or project/program management experience
- 3+ years of experience overseeing technical delivery/consulting projects
- 3+ years of client account/management experience
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred, or demonstrated proficiency in Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with executive-level reporting
