      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the coordination and management of clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities
      - Direct the technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects to ensure successful trial completion
      - Collaborate with major functional area leads to identify and resolve project issues
      - Ensure all project deliverables meet customer time, quality, and cost expectations
      - Work with Project Management Directors and functional leads to meet contract expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years' industry experience in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO setting
      - University/College degree in Life Science is preferred
      - Ability to manage projects in a multi-office environment
      - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing clinical trials with a focus on operational rigor and therapeutic expertise
      - Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%)
