  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage complex research and technical assistance projects from proposal through completion
  - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with organizational goals
  - Lead project team meetings to facilitate communication and gather progress updates
  - Establish and enforce quality standards for all project outputs and deliverables
  - Identify new project opportunities and contribute to strategic planning efforts
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in managing research projects
  - Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
  - Strong analytical and writing skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced degree in a relevant field
  - 4-8 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in public safety or law enforcement
  - Experience working in a university setting
  - Familiarity with compliance and reporting tasks, including Data Use Agreements and IRB protocols
  - Strong leadership and team management skills
