What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Shine Early Learning partners through the grant application process
- Refine and embed sustainable project management systems and practices
- Research, identify, and evaluate potential grant opportunities
- Prepare, write, and submit grant proposals and applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for grant development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management
- 3-5 years of experience in grant writing and grant management in the nonprofit or education sector
- Willingness to work remotely and manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly interpret government procedures and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the early childhood education sector
- Familiarity with federal grant procedures and regulations
