      Caterpillar’s Excavation (EXD) division is hiring a S enior P roject Manager within their Work T ool Business Development team .

      Role Summary: Drive continuous sales growth through strategic partner engagement. Lead, manage, and support projects related to the development and implementation of growth opportunities and process and product improvements in Caterpillar’s w or k too l business with in the Excavation Divisio n .

      What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

      • Analyze and identify growth opportunities for work tool s from a product and region perspective

      • Lead projects to improve business results and drive financial results including developing project plans and business cases

      • Identify and run process improvement projects across the portfolio inclusive of point-of-sale offerings and aftermarket opportunities

      • Data analysis of global business results and c ommunicate monthly results of work tool s business plans with division leadership

      • Gather information and benchmark best practices for business line improvement opportunities

      • Work with peers from numerous divisions to analyze, scope, lead and execute process improvement projects

      Top Candidates Will Also Have

      • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering , with consideration for other related fields or work tool s industry experience

      • Excellent business acumen , collaboration, and leadership skills

      • Previous commercial experience

      • Previous team management experience

      • Ability to work with global teams and resolve issues independently

      Additional Details

      • Domestic relocation assistance to Peoria, IL only is available for this role

      • Travel: up to 25 %

      Summary Pay Range:

      $126,000.00 - $189,000.00

      Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
