What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk for Power Delivery Projects
- Develop and implement client strategies while maintaining strong client relationships
- Lead project meetings, deliver presentations, and oversee project deliverables
- Coordinate proposal preparation and lead contract negotiations
- Mentor and provide guidance to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of project management experience in Power Projects (Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Renewables, Energy Storage, or Telecommunications)
- Strong understanding of technical service groups and ability to cross-sell services
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Financial acumen and understanding of project financial metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional licensure in a technical field or PMP certification (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in strategic pursuits and proposal efforts
- Familiarity with client management and program management
- Background in contract negotiations and risk management
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders for effective communication
