      WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

      Reporting to Director, PMO Strategic Delivery (Global Security) you are responsible to will lead, direct, and oversee activities on planning, delivery, and implementation to ensure enterprise-wide program regulatory goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope, and budget. You will lead team & liaise with RBC business and technology partners, including external third-party vendors.

      WHAT WILL YOU DO?

      • Lead large projects/program in accordance with RBC’s standard project management discipline.

      • Oversee end to end program execution including creation of business case, governance structure, artifacts, risks and issues, financials, and drive business and regulatory mandate.

      • Designing, establishing, and monitoring the program's project management goals. Focus needs to be on meeting milestones and key deliveries across the project timelines.

      • Integrate plans at program level creating scope, refines plan, and manage performance against it.

      • Lead financial reviews and planning sessions. Facilitate schedule /cost forecasting.

      • Build strong relationship with Sponsor and Business/Technology Owners; Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to get things done.

      WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

      Must have.

      • 10+ years of experience managing cross-enterprise programs as the accountable project leader.

      • Strong understanding of infrastructure and IT operations

      • Extensive experience building and managing highly technical cross-enterprise programs

      • Experience in working with multiple interfaces and third-party vendors

      • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills at all levels of organization

      • Experience in Financial Services Business or Technology, Experience in Cyber Security

      • Deadline and purposeful; able to meet consistently high-quality standards with simultaneous workstreams.

      Nice-to-have:

      • Undergraduate degree Business/ IT / Engineering (Preferred)

      • Agile and other PM certifications (PMP, PgMP, Prince 2, Scrum, SAFe etc.)

      • Experience working in a in technology, financial services organization with cross border operations.
