What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete and present formal monthly budget summaries and variance reports to the National Real Estate Team
- Monitor expenses, invoicing, contractual KPIs, and savings targets within the Facility Management Partnership
- Identify and implement operating improvements and efficiencies through financial analysis and project management reports
- Collaborate with leadership and users to understand capital project processes and recommend system performance improvements
- Utilize financial software to support findings and make recommendations to NRES teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with multiple systems, project management applications, and accounting systems
- Strong knowledge of accounting/finance terminology, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel; Google Workspace experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and analyze complex data
