What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new clients and business opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Close new accounts and upsell existing key accounts
- Develop relationships with candidates through engagement, screening, and interviewing
- Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and selection materials
- Track account activity to identify churn risk and work proactively to mitigate it
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or consultative phone sales
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to help others
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques to find qualified candidates
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in recruiting within insurance, financial services, mortgages, or real estate
- Ability to network with community leaders and local professionals
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathic communication abilities
