What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to on-boarding
- Source candidates through various methods including targeted advertising and networking
- Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department culture and position requirements
- Track and report on hiring metrics, including costs, turnover, and diversity initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience in a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in recruitment and talent sourcing
- Proven experience in sourcing and cold-calling sales representatives and engineers
- Strong ability to build relationships and network with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with recruitment for leadership positions in a sales environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and compliance regulations
- Background in developing recruitment strategies and budgets
- Experience in conducting public presentations at job fairs and recruitment events
