What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner closely with founders to refine hiring profiles and create interview loops
- Engage in high-volume candidate sourcing for various roles, focusing on senior-level positions
- Craft compelling outreach messages to engage and excite candidates about opportunities
- Act as a liaison between candidates and stakeholders, facilitating introductions and feedback
- Track sourcing metrics and analyze performance indicators for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of technical and non-technical sourcing/recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech environment
- 1+ years of experience mentoring and developing others, either formally or informally
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals

- Experience in a venture capital or startup environment
- Proven ability to think creatively and solve complex recruitment challenges
- Familiarity with various recruiting tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and its hiring trends
