      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
      - Conduct interviews and administer assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
      - Utilize various resources, such as career fairs and community events, to attract quality candidates
      - Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve staffing goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
      - Knowledge and experience with iCIMS preferred
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
      - Experience in recruiting or human resources is beneficial

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in nonprofit or community-based organizations
      - Familiarity with behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques
      - Understanding of the Massachusetts job market and community resources
      - Experience developing advertising programs for recruitment purposes
      - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
