What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and establish new firm relationships to drive growth in the RIA market
- Manage interest from high-value prospects and close new business opportunities
- Implement an effective client engagement model to develop a pipeline of viable prospects
- Lead engagement with key centers of influence and provide strategic insights on market trends
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and other functional groups to support sales initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience
- At least 3+ years of direct supervision or managerial experience, preferably of a sales team
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Required FINRA licenses: Series 6, 63, and 65; and/or 7 and 66; and Series 24 or 26
- Public speaking experience

- Strong proficiency in investment management and financial advisory business
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Excellent communication and networking skills with industry partners and centers of influence
- Proven ability to project professionalism and command attention in engagements
- Experience in leading executive-level engagements and prospect management
