      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently research, analyze, and develop complex reimbursement programs
      - Serve as a technical advisor for provider reimbursement and collaborate with various internal departments
      - Identify and resolve claims and provider reimbursement-related system problems
      - Design, implement, and maintain reimbursement programs for traditional and managed care
      - Provide statistical reports to support internal strategies and external customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in statistics, accounting, finance, math, or a related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in health industry accounting functions, including billing, coding, or statistical analysis
      - Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
      - Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, and word processing software
      - Understanding of physician charge practices and billing methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Pursuit of a Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health
      - Experience with provider contract analysis and reimbursement program implementation
      - Coding designation (CPC or CPHC) in pursuit
