What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain regular outreach with customers to ensure ongoing engagement and high retention rates
- Identify upsell opportunities through effective communication and collaboration with the customer success team
- Monitor customer satisfaction and renewal intent to proactively address potential issues
- Develop customer quotes and manage renewal opportunities using Salesforce.com
- Provide forecasts on renewals and churn, communicating insights to leadership for strategic decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of successful renewal sales or sales experience
- Experience selling to IT departments, with knowledge of the software business; Java knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com for opportunity management and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate value and business practices
