What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage client relationships for small accounts, focusing on renewals and upsell opportunities
- Oversee diverse research projects and select appropriate methodologies to answer clients' questions
- Deliver impactful insights and generate meaningful deliverables for clients
- Participate in the sales process by providing research expertise during prospect calls
- Share best practices for research execution and mentor junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience designing and analyzing custom quantitative survey methodologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success in leading complex survey methodology and analysis
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to translate strategic business priorities into actionable work
- Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail and high technical standards
