What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive user research strategy aligned with business goals and product objectives
- Conduct various research methods to gather insights, including user interviews, usability tests, and surveys
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to inform product decisions
- Analyze research data to uncover insights and trends that drive user-centric design
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in user experience research with a strong track record of informing successful product designs
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in research tools and software, including survey platforms and data analysis software
- Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

- Leadership experience, including mentoring less-experienced researchers
- Experience working with financial products
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey research findings effectively
- Solid interpersonal skills focused on building relationships with peers and partners
