      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement dynamic internal training content for Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment with revenue organization KPIs
      - Optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and reporting individual and team progress
      - Evaluate program performance and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement
      - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create a robust library of training materials
      - Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure training sessions align with strategic business needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in training content design, education, or a related Learning and Development position, preferably in a SaaS environment
      - Comprehensive understanding of SaaS business motions and customer lifecycle
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
      - Strong project management skills and attention to detail in curriculum and content development
      - Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in education with corporate, startup, or SaaS experience
      - Experience leveraging AI and cutting-edge technology in learning experiences
      - Knowledge of adult learning theory and effective evaluation methods
