What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategies to optimize branch efficiency and performance, including collections strategy and capacity planning
- Implement A/B testing plans to assess the financial and operational impact of proposed strategies
- Collaborate with operational leaders to devise risk policies and influence business direction
- Create dashboards to monitor and analyze portfolio performance and the effectiveness of implemented strategies
- Summarize and present results to the executive team across various business areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/MS in a quantitative discipline or equivalent working experience
- 2+ years of experience in consumer finance or analytical experience in a related industry
- Intermediate to advanced experience in SQL, Snowflake, SAS, or Python
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data for problem-solving
- Exceptional organization skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Financial Services with an emphasis on consumer lending products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
