What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential leads using various channels such as email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Design and execute tailored outreach campaigns targeting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
- Conduct initial discovery calls to evaluate potential leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities within the CRM system
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to leadership and marketing teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or tech sectors
- Proven track record of exceeding SDR/BDR targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with outbound sales platforms and CRM systems
- Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in high-growth, performance-oriented environments
