What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the value of solutions to customers and prospects
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge both in person and virtually
- Represent the employer's solutions at customer events such as conferences and seminars
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify sales opportunities and determine sales strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of enterprise computing and cloud computing developments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience with one or more cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or VMware
- Practical knowledge of networking principles and practices
- Strong verbal communication skills with an engaging presentation style
- Experience working directly with customers to ensure their success
- Familiarity with LoadMaster, WhatsUp Gold, and Flowmon is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IT background with a basic understanding of networking and IP addressing
- Basic knowledge of Internet-related protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, etc.)
- Experience creating network topology diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio or Draw.io
