      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with account executives to educate customers on the value of the employer’s CyberSOC services
      - Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer business requirements
      - Create an environment that converts prospects into customers and advocates
      - Navigate sales obstacles, articulating how the employer addresses customer needs
      - Assist in sales qualification and own the technical architecture design

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in presales engineering or consulting focused on security solutions
      - At least 5+ years of experience supporting, delivering, or designing enterprise IT systems, with a focus on security
      - Extensive technical experience in Networking, Security, Identity Management, and Cloud Services
      - Strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
      - Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
      - Certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, CISA, or CISM
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com
      - Experience selling XaaS solutions (software, infrastructure, SOC/Security)
      - Knowledge of Mac OS, Omnigraffle, and VMware Fusion
