What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and manage relationships with assigned brokers and territories to achieve profitable new business growth objectives
- Develop and execute business plans with assigned brokers and conduct periodic review meetings
- Manage the entire sales process with assigned brokers, prospects, and sales leads, consistently meeting or exceeding goals
- Present to decision-makers and conduct member education sessions as requested
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Sales Strategies in the small and mid-market segment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or a high school diploma with 9 years of related experience
- Must obtain a Life and Health Insurance License within 90 days of hire
- Driver's License required
- Related experience in Business Acumen, Customer Relations, leadership, Health Insurance Industry, or Employee Benefits
- Experience with Group Insurance for small groups (5 to 50 FTEs) and mid-size groups (51 to 150 FTEs) preferred

- Proven experience in sales within the healthcare or insurance industry
- Familiarity with the small and mid-market segment of health insurance
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Established network of brokers and industry contacts
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
