What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients while providing tailored advertising solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the digital media industry
- Proven track record of success selling within the Outdoor and Active Lifestyle industry
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong experience with Google Suite and ability to use research and marketing for unique proposals
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and a keen ability to identify opportunities

- Familiarity with the Outdoor Industry
- Experience with Pipedrive (CRM)
- Exposure to the Outdoor Industry
