What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow an existing account base while acquiring new accounts within the assigned territory
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and develop trust with key stakeholders in client organizations
- Manage territory through effective prioritization of goals, requirements, and sales opportunities
- Attain monthly sales and renewal targets through in-person visits and phone meetings
- Provide timely and accurate sales performance reporting using Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales
- High level of competency in internet and database management
- Ambitious self-starter with effective time management skills
