What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Collect and analyze information to identify business issues, problems, and sales prospects
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
- Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales while aligning with referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in Earned Wage Access within Fintech
- Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree
- Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
- Experience in the Earned Wage Access space
