      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the regional factory and agents' sales team to achieve annual sales and gross profit goals
      - Provide ongoing coaching and development on market knowledge, product knowledge, and selling skills
      - Utilize Salesforce.com for business management and conduct regular pipeline reviews
      - Recruit, interview, select, and onboard new Territory Sales Managers as needed
      - Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers to leverage market insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of related experience
      - Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market
      - Experience in wholesale distribution and understanding of the independent manufacturer rep model
      - Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills
      - Ability to travel up to 75% monthly

      - Experience in mechanical contracting or plumbing industries
      - Proven track record in sales growth and account management
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
      - Strong networking and relationship-building skills
      - Previous experience leading a sales team
