What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Identify and qualify sales prospects by collecting information to understand business issues and opportunities
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
- Report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development on sales performance and strategic alignment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
- Proven track record of selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, or professional employment organizations
- Expert negotiation skills with a strong ability to exceed sales goals and quotas
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, alongside excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering, or a combination of relevant training and/or experience in lieu of a degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
