What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within designated geographic areas
- Collect and analyze information to identify sales prospects and understand business challenges
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve financial goals and objectives
- Maintain strategic alignment with referral partners and manage the complex sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space
- Proven track record of direct selling success, particularly to "C" level executives in various industries
- Excellent negotiation skills and a strong ability to generate revenue
- Exceptional networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Relevant experience or degree in Communication, English, IT, or Engineering; or equivalent training and/or experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
- Experience in the restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, or professional employment organization sectors
