We believe every parent deserves the peace of mind that comes with a better understanding of their baby's needs. Join a company recognized for innovation and a culture rooted in team-building, where your love for every baby compels you to solve the unsolvable.

      The Opportunity

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for some of Owlet's largest "Big Box" accounts-Target and Best Buy (US & Canada)-while also spearheading future growth in both the US & Canada.
      Key Responsibilities
      • National Account Leadership: Full strategic and operational ownership of Target and Best Buy (US & Canada). Drive joint business planning (JBP), line reviews, and promotional calendars.
      • Canadian Market Expansion: Navigate the nuances of the Canadian retail landscape, and drive expansion efforts.
      • P&L & Margin Management: Direct accountability for North American retail revenue and profitability. Manage trade spend, MDF, and MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance across all channels.
      • Omnichannel Excellence: Ensure "best-in-class" in-store & digital shelf presence at Target and Best Buy, optimizing for premium brand storytelling, search and conversion.
      • Forecasting & CPFR: Lead the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment process to ensure high in-stock rates across the US and Canada.

      Requirements

      Who You Are

      • The Strategic Architect: 8+ years of experience in National Account Management within Consumer Electronics (CE) or Juvenile Products.
      • The Cross-Border Expert: Proven experience managing Canadian retailers.
      • The Relationship Builder: You know how to talk to a Buyer at a global giant and a boutique owner the same day, adapting your style to win both.
      • The Data Storyteller: Expert-level fluency in Target and Best Buy portals. You use data to build a narrative that buyers can't ignore.
      • The Self-Starter: You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a track record of building "Independent" channel programs from the ground up.
      Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
      • Proven track record of managing a $20M+ book of business.
      • Experience with 1-tier and 2-tier distribution models.
      • Ability to travel (approx. 25%) to Minneapolis, Vancouver/Toronto, and key trade shows (e.g., CES, ABC Kids Expo).
