      Position Summary

      Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for specific channel accounts, optimizing revenue and in-house share in alignment with the overall business strategy.
      Foster a collaborative environment built on Trust and Team Work with channel accounts to establish a strong foundation for sales growth.
      Contribute actively to the development of sales strategies and engage in cross-functional collaboration with product management and retail management teams acting as Fair Challenger when needed.

      Role and Responsibilities

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of professionals, overseeing recruitment, dismissal and performance assessment processes.
      • Continuously improve methods and procedures to ensure successful outcomes, both in team and self-operations.
      • Establish sales targets by channel, prioritizing sustainable expansion of the business unit and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners and encourage team members morale.
      • Formulate comprehensive Account Plans and Sales Strategies informed by thorough analysis of assigned channels, market dynamics, competitive environment and product offerings.
      • Execute sales initiatives in accordance with established strategies, emphasizing target achievement through effective collaboration with channel accounts.
      • Monitor channel performance closely and proactively manage associated risks to maintain credibility and facilitate ongoing revenue growth.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal collaboration skills.
      • Proven track record of problem-solving and strategic thinking, complemented by the ability to formulate actionable plans.
      • Demonstrated resilience under pressure, exhibiting composure during high-stakes C-Level interactions.
      • Proficient in verbal and written business English.
      • Preferred background in the consumer electronics industry.
