What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the regional sales team in executing sales strategies for distribution, residential, and commercial customer segments
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to sales team members on market knowledge and selling skills
- Utilize Salesforce.com for managing business operations and conducting pipeline reviews
- Recruit, interview, select, and onboard new Territory Sales Managers as needed
- Maintain executive-level relationships with key customers to provide market insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of related experience
- Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market
- Experience in wholesale distribution and understanding of the independent manufacturer rep model
- Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% monthly

- Experience in leading sales teams within the construction or manufacturing industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitable growth
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
