What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize best practices and tools to ensure high standards of service in customer interactions
- Monitor interactions across various lines of business for quality engagement and compliance
- Implement mechanisms to track and ensure adherence to quality process requirements
- Drive projects to identify opportunities for improving processes, tools, and training
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure accountability in quality programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of launching quality projects that enhance team productivity and customer outcomes
- Ability to quickly understand business priorities and derive insights from data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on process improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce
- Project management or industry certifications, such as COPC or PMP
