      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection management, and offer execution
      - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
      - Utilize recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates and maintain accurate recruitment metrics
      - Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs and drive interview processes
      - Mentor and train recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes and talent selection tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of additional equivalent experience
      - 4+ years of work experience in recruitment or related fields
      - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
      - Experience in recruiting technologies such as Workday and applicant tracking systems
      - Familiarity with medical device or life sciences recruitment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
      - 2+ years of full cycle sales recruiting experience
      - Proven experience in direct sourcing and outreach strategies
