What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage a high-velocity recruiting engine to attract top Sales talent
- Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle for various roles and teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
- Proven ability to fill hard-to-fill roles using sourcing tools and market research
- Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and providing actionable feedback to hiring managers
- Strong communication skills to manage expectations and build trust with hiring managers
- Results-oriented mindset with persistence in following up on passive leads
