      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Market, position, and sell the employer's entire Group Benefits portfolio products and technology solutions to designated brokers
      - Build and maintain broker relationships to drive sales and client retention
      - Achieve or exceed personal sales production expectations through strategic sales efforts
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands
      - Champion process improvements to enhance sales of product offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A BS, BA degree or equivalent industry experience
      - Minimum of 6 years of group insurance sales experience or a combination of relevant experience and education
      - Knowledge of industry products and processes, including Worksite, LTD, Dental products, and complex absence products
      - Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory
      - Must achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain it through Continuing Education
