What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions on the Salesforce service cloud platform
- Write Apex classes, triggers, and scheduled jobs to automate business processes
- Build user-friendly Lightning web components and optimize data structures
- Identify and resolve issues within Salesforce applications, including debugging
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical aspects of projects while collaborating with business stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8 or more years of programming and analysis experience
- Proficiency in Apex programming language and Salesforce configuration
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card as per Arizona Revised Statute 41-1969
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
- Experience with integrating Salesforce applications with other systems
