What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply advanced Salesforce features to meet business needs as defined in user stories, including Apex, Flows, and Lightning components
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements for User Stories
- Drive solution design in collaboration with other developers to produce scalable and efficient solutions
- Conduct weekly Salesforce Releases and analyze version control for accuracy prior to release
- Mentor junior developers and assist with debugging and feature development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in Salesforce development
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technology and data structures
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience in the mortgage banking industry
- Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into working solutions
- Experience with software development and testing, including user stories and bug reporting
- Independent self-starter with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
