      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, monitor, and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
      - Interface with stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations for the program
      - Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for client approval
      - Conduct resource loading and leveling to optimize the schedule
      - Monitor schedule deviations and variances, assisting in corrective action development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
      - Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience in project controls
      - Direct experience working in complex matrix environments
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
      - Understanding of best practices for delivering construction programs from inception to closeout
      - Ability to convert schedule data into insightful reports and graphics
      - Experience with programs valued at approximately $500M or more
      - PSP certification by AACE in planning/scheduling
