What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain project schedules and various baselines using Primavera P6 and Critical Path Methodology
- Ensure all schedules include resource and cost data for effective project management
- Perform ongoing analysis and validation of network logic to align with project team intent
- Conduct weekly and monthly updates for schedules in progress, gathering data from project team members
- Generate project performance reports, including Critical Activities Reports and Baseline Deviation Reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years' experience in scheduling construction projects
- BS degree with an emphasis in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM methodology for building and maintaining construction schedules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on large overhead transmission line and substation projects is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using P6 with Tilos software is desirable
- Extensive engineering and construction experience, preferably with respect to substation and transmission construction
