What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain project schedules and baselines using Primavera P6 and Critical Path Methodology
- Perform cost and resource loading to ensure schedules are comprehensive
- Conduct ongoing network logic analysis and validation to align with project team intent
- Provide periodic progress updates by gathering data from project team members
- Generate performance reports, including Critical Activities Reports and Earned Value Performance Index Reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of experience in scheduling construction projects
- BS degree with an emphasis in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to create reports by relating and extracting data from various software platforms
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM methodology for construction scheduling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on large overhead transmission line and substation projects
- Familiarity with P6 and Tilos software
- Extensive engineering and construction experience, particularly in substation and transmission construction
