- Develop and implement publication strategies/plans, ensuring regular updates and execution
- Formulate and manage budgets and timelines, overseeing vendors for successful target delivery
- Collaborate closely with external healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to ethical and transparency standards, acting as an ambassador for Good Publication Practice
- Demonstrate leadership by independently handling senior tasks, collaborating across the organization, and exploring innovative formats and channels, such as infographics, podcasts, videos, scientific exchange platforms, social media, and Multi-Channel Engagement tactics
- A master’s degree in a relevant field
- Publications management/scientific communications experience in pharma, publishing, medical communications or similar (CMPP accreditation would be an asset)
- Background in project management along with solid stakeholder management skills
- Interest in ethics of scientific communication
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new ways of conveying science, including novel formats, emerging channels, and strategies to effectively connect them all
- Fluency in written and spoken English

As our Senior Scientific Publications Manager, you will take part in strategic planning and execution of our publications. Your expertise in scientific communication will play a vital role in disseminating research findings, driving global scientific advancements, and enhancing the scientific dialogue.
Your key responsibilities:In addition to the above, you will collaborate closely with the Team Lead to strategically plan and deliver comprehensive training and guidance for our area and internal stakeholders. Your expertise and ability to guide others will be instrumental in ensuring that everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

About the department
The Scientific Publications function is headed up by Director Mette Holt and is anchored in Global Medical Affairs (GMA). The function consists of two teams, and each team is headed up by a Team Lead who will be your line of reporting. The Scientific Publications function is responsible for publishing scientific research across all drug development phases. We are looking for an experienced publication professional to join the Scientific Publications team in the company headquarters in Søborg (Copenhagen), Denmark.
