      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Apply expertise in data science and disease biology to identify and validate therapeutic targets
      - Extract biological insights from complex multi-modal omics and screening data
      - Develop methods to discover and prioritize targets across various diseases
      - Collaborate with therapeutic area scientists and data science teams to integrate tools into R&D platforms
      - Conduct innovative research in both internal and external partnerships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in computational biology, bioinformatics, data science, or a related discipline; or a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant research experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant research experience
      - Strong programming skills in Python, R, and Linux/Unix
      - Demonstrated expertise in the analysis of single cell omics data
      - Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
      - Self-starter with a collaborative mentality and a drive for continuous growth

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Track record of designing and implementing computational strategies for challenging research questions
      - Strong background in cardiometabolic disease and/or immunology
      - Experience leveraging transcriptional foundation models and biomedical knowledge graphs
      - Familiarity with public data resources like DepMap and Human Cell Atlas
      - Experience developing interactive tools and pipelines for data analysis
