What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive overall SEO strategy to enhance organic traffic to the employer's website and its indexed pages
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap supporting SEO growth initiatives
- Conduct post-test analyses to validate SEO impact and ensure scalability across numerous pages
- Audit landing page types regularly to ensure SEO best practices are followed and identify new ranking opportunities
- Manage relationships with SEO vendors and partners to ensure accountability and execution of strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of SEO experience with proven results in driving growth for large, complex, enterprise-scale sites (ideally 1M+ indexed pages)
- Hands-on technical SEO expertise, including crawl/indexation management and site architecture
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Strong SQL or data analysis skills for evaluating SEO performance
- Effective communication skills to explain SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in the real estate, housing, or fintech industries
- Experience leading enterprise SEO initiatives focused on technical SEO
- Familiarity with local SEO practices, including Google Business Profile management
