      PO9: £69,258 per annum incl. London Weighting, rising in annual increments to £73,818

      Secondment / Fixed Term (18 Months)

      Hybrid / Full Time

      We are excited to announce an 18-month secondment opportunity for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join us as the Senior Service Improvement and Business Transformation Lead in Housing. This role is a key component of our Housing Transformation and Service Improvement Programme, aimed at delivering better services to our residents.

      About the Programme:

      This role is an integral part of our initiative to transform and improve housing services within the London Borough of Lambeth. In this role, you will work collaboratively with existing teams in the Housing Directorate, combining your innovative ideas and approaches with their extensive knowledge and experience. Together, you will be making impactful changes that resonate directly with the needs and well-being of our residents, aligning with our commitment to community-focused service improvement.

      Role Overview:

      We are looking for bright doers – individuals who are focused on delivery, adept at evidence-based problem articulation, solution development, and implementation, all with transformation and service improvement in mind. This role is less about formal programme management methodologies and more about hands-on delivery and making tangible improvements in our services.

      Key Accountabilities: Your primary focus will be on strategically leading service improvement initiatives, using data analytics for actionable insights, and managing complex, high-impact projects from inception to completion

      Candidate Profile:

      • Experience and Knowledge: What we value most is your proven track record in delivering results, your ability to navigate complex service improvement initiatives, and your substantial knowledge of improvement techniques
      • Skills: We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate a strong capability in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and implementing solutions effectively.
