      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, build, and enhance backend and full-stack systems that support HTS Assist and customer self-serve flows
      - Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and orchestration logic for complex post-booking journeys
      - Collaborate with product, design, AI, and operations teams to deliver features that improve customer experiences
      - Integrate with external systems to support internal use cases and partner deployments
      - Analyze system performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for automation and optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in building large-scale distributed systems or customer-facing applications
      - Strong technical background in modern frontend and backend development, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
      - Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, or event-driven systems
      - Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
      - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with conversational AI, LLM orchestration, or automation systems
      - Background in building customer service, CRM, telephony, contact center, or workflow automation tools
      - Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or modern frontend frameworks for engineers interested in full-stack contributions
      - Experience integrating with external systems (e.g., telephony APIs, identity providers, payment gateways)
      - Knowledge of travel industry technologies (PSS/GDS, hotel PMS/CRS) is a plus
