      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, build, and enhance backend and full-stack systems for customer self-serve flows and internal tools
      - Develop scalable APIs and microservices supporting complex post-booking journeys
      - Collaborate with product, design, AI, and operations teams to improve customer experiences and agent efficiency
      - Integrate with external systems to support both internal use cases and partner deployments
      - Own features end-to-end, including technical design, implementation, testing, and monitoring

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on large-scale distributed systems or customer-facing applications
      - Strong technical background in frontend and backend development, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
      - Experience in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, or event-driven systems
      - Proficient with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with conversational AI, LLM orchestration, or automation systems
      - Background in building customer service, CRM, telephony, contact center, or workflow automation tools
      - Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or modern frontend frameworks for full-stack contributions
      - Experience integrating with external systems, including telephony APIs or payment gateways
      - Knowledge of travel industry technologies (PSS/GDS, hotel PMS/CRS) is a plus
