      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own design and delivery of complex features for the Development Infrastructure team and contribute to the roadmap
      - Set up local development environments for engineers at the employer's platform
      - Develop and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and other build tools
      - Provide engineering teams with reliable tools and workflows for efficient development
      - Participate in planning, code reviews, standups, and other aspects of the software development life cycle

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of professional experience as a hands-on engineer building backend systems and/or platforms
      - 2+ years of experience working with Python
      - Experience with teams focused on Engineering Effectiveness, Engineering Productivity, Development Experience, or Development Infrastructure
      - Strong customer focus, collaborating with internal engineers and understanding customer needs
      - Proven experience in delivering complex projects end-to-end

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD systems
      - Familiarity with Bazel
      - Experience with Go and security
